As of February 1, 2023, we will officially change our company name and gradually show this in a new brand appearance. We expect the entire change process to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023.

No, all contracts concluded under the former UB Partner GmbH will remain unchanged under the new name CLARK Switzerland AG. There will only be an adjustment of the name. The contents of the contracts remain unaffected.

Your personal data as well as your customer history will of course be retained and stored on our servers in compliance with the applicable data protection regulation.

No, the contact persons will not change. However, new email addresses will be introduced in the course of the name change, which we will inform you about in a timely manner. You can still reach us at the known contact details.
